ACT is the Association for Consultants and Trainers in the voluntary sector in the UK. It has been set up to:

• Encourage good practice amongst management consultants and trainers who work with not-for-profit organisations
• Provide opportunities for professional development for consultants and trainers who work or seek to work in the sector
• Encourage client organisations to recognise and expect good practice from management consultants and trainers

Members of ACT work in not-for-profit organisations

(charities, campaigning associations, housing associations, arts organisations, community groups and other not for-profit organisations).

Articles are commissioned from members and posted regularly. All articles are retained on the site.
